However, if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please call us at 209-676-2269 or send an email to info@jamieraehats.com. We strongly recommend that you contact us before returning your item to ensure faster processing.

We will be happy to honour a refund or exchange, excluding shipping, within 14 days of purchase. To receive a refund, returned items need to be in re-saleable condition, unused and unwashed and in original and undamaged packaging.

Please include original receipt with all returns and exchanges. Partial refunds on all other returns will be at the discretion of Jamie Rae Hats.

Jamie Rae Hats will not cover freight costs for exchanges, so please either include a self-addressed postal envelope or make alternative payment arrangements.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item with is damaged we will replace it, or refund you the full cost if you prefer. We will refund you the postage cost for returning a damaged item.


How do I wash my Jamie Rae Hat?

Hand wash in cold keeping appliqué dry and or spot clean. Lay flat to dry. Care label in each hat.


How do you ship my Jamie Rae Hats? What do you charge for shipping?

All purchases are shipped from CA by USPS priority mail 2-3 days. Amount is based upon your location upon check out. Because our baby & toddler hats are made to order, product will ship within 3-5 days after initial order is placed. If you need to make special arrangements for shipping, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We do ship internationally. Please contact us via email to place your order so that we can offer you the best rate.

Great idea! Jamie Rae Hats make the perfect gift! Jamie Rae Hats are delicately wrapped in a clear cellophane bag and then tied with straw ribbon for the girls or leather lace for the boys. Be sure to include the recipient's address along with any special message. We will attach a small gift card to the cellophane bag with your name and message.

Of course! Jamie Rae Hats offers gift certificates, however instead of a dollar amount, we will let your recipient know how many baby or toddler hats you have bought them - then they will get the fun task of picking out their favorite Jamie Rae Hat themselves! Contact us with your recipient's address and we can mail the Jamie Rae gift certificate to them. You may pay by check or we can invoice you via email for payment.
